Clearing your Clutter! Creating your Calm!
Hi, I am the owner of Bee Royally Organized. My work history includes over thirty years in various office environments in which I saw many struggles with disorganized employees and the resulting loss of clients and money. In April 2008, I quit my full time job to pursue my calling and launch B.R.O., a Marysville, WA professional organizing company specializing in small business and home-based offices. I proudly serve Snohomish County, Skagit County, and King County.
I am passionate about coaching small business owners, entrepreneurs and individuals whose goal is to have an efficient office environment and/or space. Together we plan, create and implement the right systems that effectively fit into your individual business objectives, natural learning and personality style. I also enjoy life as a workshop presenter and organizational speaker, focusing on the benefits of being organized in both business and life.
“Nancy has a natural flair for organization and offers a fresh, quality approach to problem solving. This is one of my favorite quotes from a prior supervisor on my annual review.
I am an expert in my field, a speaker and co-author of a book called Incredible Business. I am well known for donating my organizing services at community fundraisers such as Relay For Life, local school raffles and Live Love Laugh through the Everett Mountaineers.
I am a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO).
Nancy’s Playful Side

I am married, have three grown children and four grandchildren. I have one dog, Shot Gun, a female blue heeler who loves to hike and scramble up rocky and snow covered mountains.

I have a fear of heights but I joined the Everett Mountaineers in 1998 and began hiking local mountains. The next thing I know I am graduating from the basic climbing course and leading group climbs. My favorite was leading on rock. If that wasn’t enough of a challenge for me and my fear… I graduated from the intermediate climbing course after climbing several ice climbs and many icy winter climbs.

In 2006 I started climbing a different kind of mountain, one that took me two years to conquer, Mt Cancer. I applied my learned mental and emotional climbing techniques to dealing with the fear, uncertainty, setbacks and the many forks in the road.
This led to my next adventure, the journey of an Entrepreneur. And you know, it’s amazing how much of my climbing experiences can now be related to organizing and owning a business.
